They say they're going to take the city by storm next month, beginning with an entire week of anti-violence events.
The students have been getting input along the way from Frazier.
"I was excited when they came to me and asked for my help and how I felt about the situation," she said.
The group has organized a "Peace Week" beginning Aug. 7 at every school city-wide. Each day they will feature a different way to promote peace, such as a day of service or a day of silence.
"This is not fair, we shouldn't be losing our kids to gun violence or any violence," Frazier said. "Our kids should be able to live at peace and not worry about losing their friends or family to violence. ... I just hope that more kids will join them."
