INDIANAPOLIS - Lawrence police are looking for a suspected bank robber who hit the Chase Bank on Franklin Road today.
According to a release, the suspect entered the Chase Bank location at 4202 N. Franklin Road at 9:48 a.m. Friday. He then approached a teller with a note stating that he was robbing the bank and demanding money.
After receiving and undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-to-late 20s, of medium height and build, wearing a black T-shirt, camouflage shorts and tan boots.
Anyone with information about the suspect or robbery is asked to contact Lawrence police at 317-545-7575.
