CARMEL, Ind. – Due to an illness, musician LeAnn Rimes postponed her concert set for Sunday night at the Palladium in Carmel.

Rimes made the announcement via social mediaand stated she has been experiencing temporomandibular joint syndrome, or TMJ, a temporary but painful condition affecting the jaw.

“I am incredibly disappointed not to be with you this weekend,” she wrote. “I have been struggling with severe TMJ and have injured my bone and jaw. It's left me unable to sing at this moment. I have been put on rest in order to recover. I am truly sorry for this horrible timing, but I am happy to say we have new dates set for the shows.”

The concert has been rescheduled for Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. All tickets purchased for Oct. 2 will be honored for the new date.
