ANDERSON, Ind. – A community celebration hosted by Latinos & Friends and the City of Anderson will feature food, music and more on October 1.
Held from 1-5 p.m. at Mounds Mall, the free Latino Welcome Celebration will offer educational classes, employment help and more along with fun activities for children.
