MADISON COUNTY, Ind. – The Madison County Government Center will close in November for seven months while crews remove asbestos.

The county commissioner finalized plans Tuesday, which states the building will close November 20 and reopen in late June 2018.

While asbestos is being removed, the court’s and clerk’s offices will be moved to the Flagship Center. All other government offices will be housed in the Anderson Tower Building.
