INDIANAPOLIS - A business owner suspected of setting his business on fire was arrested Monday, police said.

James Lee Jenkins, 30, has been preliminarily charged with arson in connection with the Sept. 12 fire that damaged Jimbo's Complete Auto Repair, according to police.

The business, located at 2955 Kentucky Ave., sustained heavy smoke, water and fire damage.

An extensive investigation indicated that the fire was arson, police said.

Jenkins was being held in the Marion County Jail Monday.
Police said they think Jenkins might have had an accomplice, and they are keeping the investigation open.

Officials are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the Indiana Arson Hotline at 800-382-4628.
