INDIANAPOLIS - A man was accused of slashing tires in the Pan Am parking garage early Thursday, Indianapolis Metro Police said.
Police said several witnesses reported seeing a man slashing tires just before 1 a.m. on the second level of the garage in downtown Indianapolis.
According to police reports, four cars were damaged.
Police arrested Xavier Watson-Koenig, 27, on several charges of criminal mischief.
Detectives did not comment on a possible motive behind the incident.
