INDIANAPOLIS – A man was found shot to death behind a closed business Sunday morning on Indy's east side.
Indianapolis police found an unresponsive 45-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound in a parking lot behind a closed business in the 2700 block of E. New York Street.
Medical personnel pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Sources said this incident has been ruled a homicide.
The victim has been identified as Tony Rico, 45, of Indianapolis. Police are still looking for a suspect.
