INDIANAPOLIS - A man was hospitalized Saturday morning after a shooting on the city's west side, police said.
The shooting was reported just after 8 a.m. in the 5600 block of Suburban Drive, near Lafayette Road where a man was shot in the hip.
The unidentified victim was hospitalized in serious condition, dispatchers said.
Police did not say what prompted the shooting, but one person linked to the incident was said to be in custody.
