INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was shot and killed early Tuesday morning on Indianapolis' east side.
Around 1:30 a.m., police responded to the 1000 block of N. Kealing Avenue on a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they found a man shot inside a garage near an alley. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police identified the victim Tuesday afternoon as 44-year-old David Ruby.
