Man, woman, boy arrested in Indianapolis fatal shooting

Police ask for help to find teen

INDIANAPOLIS - A man, a woman and a juvenile were arrested late Monday after a man was fatally shot at an apartment complex on Indianapolis' west side earlier in the day.

Jamie Tooley, 20, Joshua Lewis, 22, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested in the killing of Bassirou Mahamadou, 33, of Indianapolis.

Police were called to the 800 block of Cloverleaf Terrace just after 4:30 a.m. Mahamadou was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tooley, Lewis and the boy were each arrested on murder and robbery charges. Police recovered several cell phones during the arrest.

Investigators asked for help from the public to find Chris Rogers, who they want to question in connection with the shooting.

Rogers, 17, is 6 feet tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
