CARMEL, Ind. -- The manager of a Hamilton County deli is hoping the public can help police identify a man who he says exposed himself to customers while they were trying to eat.

The man reportedly came in to McAlister's Deli on 146th street near the Carmel-Westfield line on Wednesday afternoon.

Surveillance video captured him walking through the restaurant, exposed. He was carrying a large coat in his hands and he appeared to be talking on his cell phone. The manager said he would cover himself up with the large coat he was carrying if someone walked by.

Ryan Penrod, the manager at that location, said this isn't the first time that the man has targeted customers inside of his restaurant.

"The last time he came in he acted like he was on his phone too. That guy's not on his phone, that's just a distraction," said Penrod.

Penrod said the man was recognized Wednesday before he could do too much flashing by a woman who he'd exposed himself to back in August.

He said he chased the man out of his store and was able to snap a few photos of him.

The suspected flasher is described as being in his late 40s to early 50s, 6'1" tall and about 230 pounds with curly blond hair. He also wears glasses.

Penrod says he drove away in a gray Chrysler 300.

If you have any information on who the suspect might be you're asked to call the Westfield Police Department at (317) 804-3200.
