INDIANAPOLIS -- Mayor Joe Hogsett wants to spend $200 million over four years to fix the worst streets and sidewalks in Indianapolis, but it's only a fraction of what is needed.
The city estimates it would cost $2.7 billion to make all the necessary repairs.
A spokeswoman says the Department of Public Works will make sure the mayor's infrastructure plan will cover needs in every district.
The DPW will submit a list of streets and sidewalks to city-county council by the end of the week.
