INDIANAPOLIS - Two men renovating a vacant home on Indianapolis' west side found human remains in the basement Monday, police said.
The men, who bought the home at 942 N. Concord St. in the Marion County Surplus Sale, began renovations Monday when they made the discovery, according to a police report.
Homicide detectives were called to the scene, and the Marion County Coroner's Office took possession of the remains.
No further information was released.
