RICHMOND, Ind. - Police investigators believe a house explosion in an eastern Indiana city might be related to methamphetamine production.
State Trooper Bryan Rumple says the Sunday night explosion knocked the house in Richmond off its foundation, but no one was there when firefighters arrived.
The Palladium-Item reports an explosion and fire was reported about 10:30 p.m. Sunday on the city's northwest side and the fire was mostly out within an hour.
