INDIANAPOLIS - A person has been shot in the chest at a Burger King, police say.
Metro police responded to the Burger King at West 38th and Illinois streets after 9:00 New Year's Eve, where a person was shot in the parking lot.
Police said the victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
