Michael Parrish pleads guilty in Avon Wal-Mart kidnapping and rape

Sentenced to 100 years in prison

DANVILLE, Ind. - An Indianapolis man pleaded guilty Thursday to attacking two women in an Avon parking lot.

Michael Parrish, 37, entered a guilty plea at a Hendricks County court to two counts of criminal deviate conduct and one count of robbery in connection with the abduction of two women from a Wal-Mart parking lot in February .

Parrish initially faced more than a dozen charges, including counts of rape and kidnapping which were dropped in exchange for his guilty plea.

He was sentenced Thursday to 100 years in prison.

Parrish still faces 35 counts in Marion County in connection with an alleged crime spree that included a home invasion and the abduction and rape of two women in Indianapolis.
