INDIANAPOLIS -- The Vatican is expected to name a new archbishop for the Indianapolis archdiocese on Tuesday, RTV6 has learned.

The archdiocese has announced a press conference for 10 a.m. No other details have been released other than it's about the leadership of the archdiocese.

Indianapolis has been without an archbishop since last fall when Archbishop Joseph Tobin was made a cardinal and sent to lead Catholics in Newark, New Jersey.
