CARMEL, Ind. - No charges will be filed in the death of an 18-year-old man who died of alcohol poisoning in the home of a friend.
Carmel police told RTV6 on Thursday that the investigation of the death of Brett Finbloom has been completed.
An autopsy determined Finbloom died of acute ethanol intoxication in August. Finbloom was among three people at a Lakeshore Drive East home at the time of his death, investigators said.
Friends had told police they believe Finbloom hit his head, but the Hamilton County cororner's report indicated "no sign of any external fatal injuries."
