NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - A Noblesville bus driver accused of videotaping himself engaging in sexual acts with a girl has pleaded guilty.
Garrett Cornell, 42, was originally charged with seven felony counts of child molestation and one count of child exploitation after police searched his home last month.
He pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of child molestation and one count of child exploitation.
Police were called to Cornell's home after someone in the house said they discovered a camera that had video of Cornell engaging in sexual acts with a young girl, according to court documents.
Witness interviews led investigators to believe that Cornell also inappropriately touched two more young girls, police said.
Noblesville school officials said none of the incidents under investigation happened on school property.
Cornell's sentencing is set for Oct. 25.
