NORTH VERNON, Ind. -- A North Vernon man is facing charges after police say he assaulted a patient at a nursing home.
Benjamin Reinert, 34, faces sexual battery, public intoxication and other charges.
Columbus police say Reinert was visiting a patient when he touched a woman inappropriately.
They also say the man urinated outside of the building and threw pieces of glass at another resident.
