INDIANAPOLIS -- A man is under arrest for murder on the city's north side.
Police say 30-year-old Jokoby Scott was shot near 34th Street and Keystone Avenue around noon Sunday.
Scott died at Eskenazi Hospital.
Witnesses gave officers a description of a car that was possibly carrying someone involved in the shooting.
A car matching that description was found near 71st Street and Meridian.
Officers say Donahvon Troutman, 27, was taken into custody after a police chase that ended near 52nd Street and Georgetown Road.
