INDIANAPOLIS - A huge pig found feeding among a colony of feral cats on Indianapolis' east side will soon have a new home.

The 300-pound animal, which was found unneutered and still with its tusks, will be taken in by a rescue on Indianapolis' west side.

Indianapolis Animal Care and Control had been housing the pig after it was discovered last week eating cat food in the east side cat colony.

Pigs cannot be owned within the city limits.
