CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. - One person was killed and one person was seriously injured in a crash in rural Carroll County, police said.
Just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday, police were called to State Road 25 near County Road 600 West on reports of a crash involving two vehicles.
When emergency crews arrived, they found one driver trapped and the other driver seriously injured. Both drivers were hospitalized, but one of them died a short time later.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation. The victims' names were not released.
