NEWBURGH, Ind. - Police say two people have died after a shooting at a home in a suburban neighborhood near Evansville.
The Warrick County Sheriff's Office tells the Evansville Courier & Press the shooting was reported Sunday evening a couple miles north of the town of Newburgh.
Officials tell WFIE-TV that investigators suspected the deaths are a murder-suicide. Officials say a man was found dead inside the home's garage and a wounded woman died a short time later.
The identities of those killed weren't immediately released.
