INDIANAPOLIS - Police have issued an arrest warrant for the Jan. 9 shooting death of Reginal Ball, 22.
Metro police said Taevon Spivey, 22, is wanted on multiple charges including murder, use of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and two counts of carrying a handgun without a license.
Spivey's last-known address is 4120 Edgemere Court.
Police said he is a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
Spivey also goes by the name "Boodini."
