INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis police have arrested a second man in connection with a May 19 shooting that left one man dead.
Keri Brewer, 23, of Indianapolis, was arrested and faces formal charges of murder and robbery in the shooting death of Patrick Martin, 24, of Indianapolis, police announced Friday.
Mark Tyson, 31, of Indianapolis, was arrested May 23 on charges of murder and robbery in the same incident.
The shooting happened at a home in the 4000 block of Boulevard Place just after 11 p.m. on May 19.
A woman inside the home told police that two men entered the home and demanded valuables before shooting Martin.
Eight children were in the home at the time, but no other injuries were reported.
Police said they believe the motive in the killing was drug robbery.
