INDIANAPOLIS - Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who may be connected to several robberies across Indianapolis.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the suspect might be connected to five robberies on the south and southeast side.
Authorities said the suspect walked up to a counter, demanded money and implied he had a gun. A clerk told police the suspect had a chrome revolver on his hip when he lifted his coat.
The suspect is described as a black male between 25 and 35 years old, about 6 feet tall, 150 to 170 pounds with a mustache, goatee and a tattoo under his left eye.
He was last seen wearing a brown stocking cap, black coat with silver buttons on the shoulders and black tennis shoes with a white design.
