HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -
A man and a woman were arrested after police found the remnants of a meth lab inside a government subsidized apartment in Noblesville, investigators said.
The Hamilton/Boone County Drug Task Force officers said they found the lab in an apartment in the 400 block of Kings Lane, in the Noble Manor complex on Nov 1.
After getting an arrest warrant in connection to the investigation, police began searching for suspects Joshwa Cotton, 29, of Lebanon, and Kara Glover, 25, of Noblesville.
Detectives said Glover was arrested Thursday near Conner Street and Cumberland Road in Noblesville. Cotton was taken into custody by Frankfort Police and transported to the Clinton County Jail where he awaited extradition to Hamilton County.
Glover and Cotton face several felony charges including manufacturing meth in a government housing complex and possession.
