Police find body believed to be missing teen Katelyn Wolfe

Autopsy to be performed Tuesday

GREENE COUNTY, Ind. - Police announced late Monday evening that officers found a female body in rural Greene County.

Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell told the Greene County Daily World  that police think the body is missing teen Katelyn Wolfe.

Police said they found the body near the Greene and Sullivan county line around 5 p.m. Monday evening.

An autopsy was schedule to be performed Tuesday, but police said they believe the body is Wolfe, the ABC affiliate in Terre Haute  said.

Police said they will treat the case as a homicide investigation and suspect foul play.

Jerrell told RTV6 that police do have a suspect and they will release more information Tuesday morning.

Wolfe was last seen Thursday at 3 a.m.

She posted on Facebook that she was being followed and she was "out on a walk with creeps that keep driving  by."
