MILAN, Ind. - Indiana State Police are investigating the death of a 68-year-old woman from Ripley County.
Family members contacted police when they found Nancy Hershman deceased in her home at 1 a.m. Sunday morning, a news release said.
The home is located in the 600 block of West Ellis Street.
The Ripley County Coroner's Office has not made a ruling on the manner and cause of death.
Indiana police are treating this as an active and ongoing death investigation.
