DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. -
A man is facing felony charges after waving a gun at another driver during a road rage incident, police said.
Nathaniel David Michael, 31, of Muncie, was arrested Sunday and preliminarily charged with criminal recklessness and operating while intoxicated.
Police said Michael was driving his blue Lexus northbound on Interstate 69 when he ran right up behind another vehicle in the passing lane, passed the vehicle on the right, cut back in front of the vehicle and waved a handgun in his rearview mirror.
When police made contact with Michael at a gas station, they found that he had a .40 caliber handgun.
Michael was taken to the Delaware County Jail.
