FRANKLIN, Ind. -
A man was stabbed while walking his dog through his neighborhood late Tuesday, police in Franklin said.
The attack happened just before 11 p.m., when Jon Conner, 35, was walking his dog near the 700 block of Hurricane Street. Police said Conner was able to walk back to his home after the attack and call police.
He was taken to Methodist Hospital with unknown injuries.
Investigators said Conner described his attacker as a white man wearing a gray or camouflage jacket.
