INDIANAPOLIS - Police were investigating after a person was shot near a CVS on the city’s northeast side Monday evening.
The shooting happened near East 38th Street and Emerson Avenue around 11 p.m., officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
The victim was shot in the arm and police said the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
It was unclear if the victim was shot inside or outside of the CVS.
Few other details were released.
