Police release sketch of suspect linked to July northwest side murder

INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis police released a sketch of a person they believe murdered a man on Indy’s northwest side in July.

Ryan Goss, 46, was fatally shot after opening the door to his home in the 5700 block of North High School Road on July 30.

Officers found Goss lying on his front porch, where he had been shot at least one time. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Goss left behind a wife and two children.

IMPD searched for a suspect in the area shortly after the shooting but were unsuccessful.

Detectives are urging the community to help identify the suspect.
