DILLSBORO, Ind. -

A woman in southeastern Indiana was arrested Wednesday on two counts of theft after an investigation involving more than $25,000 missing from a truck stop and gas station.

Police said Tammera Jones, 44, of Dillsboro, was a manager at Kennett's Truck Stop and Kennett River City Marathon, where she was responsible for depositing money and filling ATM machines with cash.

Investigators said between October 2010 and March 2012, Jones allegedly embezzled more than $25,000 from both businesses.

Jones was taken into custody at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Dillsboro is in southeastern Indiana, about 40 miles west of Cincinnati.
