INDIANAPOLIS - The alleged triggerman in a quadruple murder case will not be allowed get married while behind bars, a judge ruled Thursday.
Kenneth Rackemann, 24, is accused of fatally shooting Walter Burnell, Jacob Rodemich, Haley Navarra and Kristy Sanchez at a home on the city’s south side last February.
Rackemann faces four counts of murder, four counts of felony murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Three other co-defendants are also charged with murder in the case.
Rackemann’s attorneys filed a motion in court Wednesday asking the judge to allow him to be married to Tia Brassfield while he is incarcerated at the Marion County Jail.
