INDIANAPOLIS - The residents of the neighborhood mostly destroyed by the deadly south side explosion are looking to say thanks to first responders.

The Richmond Hill Neighborhood Association is hosting a "First Responders Dinner" Sunday at Southport Presbyterian Church.

More than 200 residents, plus more than 100 first responders from 10 different agencies plan to attend the dinner.

Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard, Director of Public Safety Troy Riggs and Chief of Indianapolis Homeland Security Gary Coons are expected to attend the dinner.

A presentation will follow the meal.
