MOORESVILLE, Ind. - Two masked robbers stole thousands of dollars in drugs during a Halloween holdup, police said.

The CVS Pharmacy in Mooresville was robbed just before 4 a.m. Wednesday.

The robbers, one wearing a ski mask and the other in a Halloween mask, held employees at gunpoint as they forced them to open the store safe.

No one was injured.

Police said they believe the robbers may be involved in other area drugstore robberies.

"Not only are the suspects dangerous, but so are the thousands of controlled substance pills that are now on the streets," said Mooresville police Detective Chad Richhart.

Anyone with information is asked to call Mooresville police at 317-831-3434 or Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
