Robbery reported at Hendricks County Bank and Trust

AVON, Ind. - Police are seeking two men who robbed the Hendricks County Bank and Trust Monday morning.
Dispatchers said the incident happened shortly before 11 a.m. in the 900 block of North State Road 267 in Avon.
Few details were immediately released about the suspects or if there were any injuries, but officials said they were looking for two black male suspects.
The suspected robbers fled in a maroon van with an undisclosed amount of money, officials said. Police said it was unclear if the two suspects were armed.
The van -- which turned out to be stolen -- was left at El Bethel Baptist Church, police said.
Police dogs followed a scent to a wooded area behind Kingsway Christian School, where officials searched for the suspects.
The school, and other Avon Community Schools, were placed on a lockdown, officials confirmed. The lockdown at Avon Community Schools was lifted about 1 p.m.
According to FBI records, there have been four bank robberies in Hendricks County so far in 2013. There have been 68 statewide.
