KOKOMO, Ind. -- Saving Abel will headline a benefit concert to raise money for a sports complex being built in Delphi in memory of murdered teens Abigail "Abby" Williams and Liberty "Libby" German.

"The Abby and Libby Field of Dreams Memorial Concert" will be held on July 15 from 8 p.m - 3 a.m. at the Dusty Trail Saloon in Kokomo. Tickets and meet & greet for the event can be purchased HERE.

The event will also feature a silent auction and a bike ride for those 21 years old and up.

Tickets to the event cost $15. All proceeds will go toward the fund to build the sports complex.

The sports complex will consist of "a couple of softball fields and a park" and will feature areas where kids and their families can enjoy sports, the arts and each other.

"We want to give back to the community and the nation that has been so good to us," said Mike Patty, Liberty's grandfather.

The families have been working in the weeks since the girls were murdered to develop plans for the complex and ways to raise funds to make it happen.

"We did not realize how big of an undertaking this was going to be," said Becky Patty, Liberty's grandmother. "There was money coming in, and we wanted to do something with it to honor the girls."

Planning the park has become a source of comfort for both families, and they want to make it somewhere they can go to find peace and where the girls will be forever remembered in their community.

"This is why we are here because this has become our focus," said Becky. "We can't bring those girls back, but we can make sure that they are remembered."

The tragedy has brought both families closer, and they've found strength in each other's support and their shared desire to make the sports complex and park a reality.

Libby and Abby went missing while walking along the Monon High Bridge on February 13. Their bodies were found on a piece of private property less than a mile away the next morning.

Nearly three months later police are still searching for their killer.

The families said they share the community's frustration at how slow the investigation seems to be going, but they support law enforcement and their process, and they are willing to wait if it means that the "monster" who did this will not walk free.

"Every day we wake up and 'Today is the Day,'" said Anna Williams, Abby's mother. "We believe in the police and that they're doing the job right."

Libby captured the two key pieces of evidence that state police have released regarding the only suspect they have in the murders: An image of a man wearing a blue jacket with his hands in his pockets walking along the Monon High Bridge and an audio clip of a man's voice saying "down the hill." Police have not said whether they believe the same man is depicted in both pieces of evidence, but they have yet to identify who the person in the photo is.
