Saying goodbye to Principal Susan Jordan

INDIANAPOLIS -- A time for tears, to share memories and to say goodbye.

Visitation is being held Friday for Principal Susan Jordan.

Jordan was struck and killed by a bus outside Amy Beverland Elementary School on Tuesday. Two 10-year-old children were hurt.

Jordan's family says everyone is welcome to attend Friday's visitation at St. Luke's Methodist Church, 100 W. 86th St., Indianapolis.  It starts at 2 pm and goes until 8 pm.

The funeral will be 3 pm Saturday at St. Luke's. The public is welcome.

If you are unable to attend, RTV6 will stream the service live.

Scheduled to pay tribute to Jordan are Indianapolis Mayor, Joe Hogsett, Lawrence Mayor, Steve Collier, Superintendent of Lawrence Township Schools, Dr. Shawn Smith, and Rep. John Bartlett.
