CLINTON COUNTY, Ind. - A school bus overturned in a field in Clinton County on Friday, injuring students and the driver.
The crash happened just after 8 a.m. near the intersection of Manson Colfax Road and County Road 450 West.

"(The bus driver) lost control of the vehicle and it ended up in the bean field and went over one time on its top," said Lt. Joe Mink with the Clinton County Sheriff's Department.
There were 27 Clinton Prairie Schools students on board at the time ranging in age from 5 years to 15 years old.
Four students were taken from the scene by ambulance.
The bus driver and the remaining students were taken by bus to St. Vincent Frankfort to be checked out. Early Friday evening, all of the students had been released from the hospital.
Police said none of the injuries were life-threatening. One student suffered a broken arm.
School officials said the bus was headed to a campus that includes Clinton Prairie High School, Clinton Prairie Junior-Senior High School and Clinton Prairie Elementary School.
The bus driver was a first-year substitute driver, school officials said. She was given a drug test, per district procedure.
School officials said the students executed their emergency plan to perfection.
"As the bus was laying on its side, our students opened the back door. Our older students carried students out the back," said Clinton Prairie Schools Superintendent Chris Sampson.
Sampson told RTV6 the accident does not appear to be more than a loss of traction on wet morning roads.
Latitia Collins said her children would have been on the bus, but they stayed home sick.
"It was a good idea to keep them home, obviously, because that is their bus, and she knows the bus driver and all the kids on it," she said.
