One person has been shot and killed on Indianapolis' northeast side, according to dispatch.
INDIANAPOLIS -- One man was shot and killed on Indianapolis' northeast side Tuesday night.
The shooting happened in the 3300 block of Hovey Street around 10:30.
Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
The victim was later identified as 37-year-old Wesley Collins.
