INDIANAPOLIS -- The company that handles security for Lucas Oil Stadium says it no longer employs a man caught on video attacking someone during the Drum Corp International World Championships last week.

The video, posted to YouTube on Sunday, shows the unidentified Contemporary Services Corp. (CSC) employee briefly talking with another man near some ladders, then suddenly throwing a punch.

The man is largely unfazed, but eventually retaliates after the CSC employee attempts to place him in a headlock.

Drum Corps International released the following statement about the incident:

Drum Corps International (DCI) has been made aware of an altercation that transpired in the parking lot outside Lucas Oil Stadium during finals competition last week. Although DCI was not involved, this was an unfortunate and regrettable incident.

DCI is committed to producing and sanctioning competitive events for the world's most elite and exclusive touring marching music ensembles for student musicians and performers and to providing positive experiences for the corps members, their families, and fans worldwide.

CSC said the company has determined the action "was not consistent with their company policies" and said the unnamed employee no longer works for the company.

No criminal charges had been filed in the incident.
