INDIANAPOLIS -- Sen. Dan Coats has endorsed Marco Rubio for president.
Coats hinted at the endorsement during an appearance on Indianapolis This Week on Sunday, but made a formal announcement on Monday.
Since Friday, Rubio has added 12 new Congressional or gubernatorial endorsements, while Donald Trump and Ted Cruz have added none.
