Shelbyville company to lay off 119 workers

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. - A Shelbyville company has announced it will be laying off 119 workers after losing a contract with Kroger, according to documents filed with the Indiana Dept. of Workforce Development.
RoadLink Workforce Solutions informed the state it will be laying off 119 workers at 1550 Fairland Road, Shelbyville. The workers provided warehouse support at a Kroger distribution center at the location.
The company's contract with Kroger for that location is set to expire on Sept. 15.
The layoff will be permanent, RoadLink said.
