SHELBYVILLE, Ind. -
An apparent robbery attempt at Shelbyville gas station on Monday ended with the clerk shooting at one of the suspects.
Police said a clerk shot one of two people trying to rob the Bonded Country Mark gas station on East Broadway Street just before 9:30 p.m.
The suspect survived the shooting, but police did not release the suspect's medical condition, the Shelbyville News reported.
The second suspect was arrested less than an hour later, police said.
