BREMEN, Ind. - A statewide silver alert that had been issued for a missing man from Bremen was canceled Friday morning.
Indiana State Police did not provide a reason for the cancelation of the alert that had been in place for Noble Heyde, 88, who had been last seen at 1 p.m. Thursday in Bremen and was believed to be in danger.
When the alert was issued, police said Heyde may have been traveling to Nappanee, Ind. and was thought to be possibly disoriented and requiring medical attention.
