INDIANAPOLIS - A fight between brothers over a video game turned violent on Indianapolis' south side early Thursday.

Officers were called to a home at 4819 Basil Court, near South Emerson Avenue and East Stop 11 Road, just after midnight on a report of a stabbing.

They found brothers Austin Koester, 22, and Addison Koester, 25, standing in the front yard.

Austin Koester was suffering from a knife wound to his lower back, while Addison Koester had a cut on his hand, according to the police report.

Both were taken to Wishard Memorial Hospital. Their conditions were not released.

The brothers told police they got into a fight over a video game they were playing.

No arrests had been made early Thursday.
